Living Well Home Medical Equipment employs factory-trained technicians that can repair and maintain your home healthcare product so it continually provides the maximum benefit. If the need arises we are even able to perform some repairs right in your home.

Yes, we can repair most products purchased from other stores or online however some exceptions may apply for discontinued or foreign made items. Contact us for more information.

Almost all new products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that will cover the parts.  In most cases, labour is not covered.  We can provide warranty work whether or not you originally bought the equipment from us.   Our highly trained and certified technicians can repair your equipment quickly and cost efficiently.

A limited number of programs offer funding for service work. ODSP will fund equipment they originally funded.  For other funding sources visit our Funding page or for more information contact Living Well HME.

Scooter, Power Chair and Stairlift batteries should be replaced every two years – more often is heavily used, less if rarely used.  Stairlifts do NOT require greasing, just keep them clean from dog/ cat hair.  We offer a spring special for scooter tune-ups.  Please contact Living Well HME for more information

Yes, we do!  We have rental options for a large variety of items. We offer a “Try before you Buy” rental option where you first months rent can go towards your purchase of the item.  Please check our Rental page for more information, including prices and a request form.

Yes, we can assist you with a repair quote for insurance purposes and then either repair or replace as appropriate.  Our knowledgeable team will assist with all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth experience with your insurance provider.

We ask this as we keep serial numbers and warranty info on file for our customers.  We can still help you and access warranty info for you even if you didn’t buy it from us but we will need you to provide the make, model and serial number for us.
