Scott, Service Technician
Scott is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and very trustworthy! These are just a few of the words clients have used to describe Scott. Scott loves to help keep everyone moving with his ability to repair and maintain various equipment. His positive outlook is a reflection of the appreciation he sees when helping others. Whether it is your stairlift, powerchair or lift chair that isn’t working Scott will have it moving again quickly and safely – and no doubt with a smile on your face as Scott works just as hard to make our clients feel comfortable and happy as he does repairing their equipment. Scott is on the road all day – repairing, adjusting and installing home medical equipment in the comfort of your own home.
Emily, Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Emily is Living Well’s Registered Practical Nurse. Through patient and informative initial appointments to careful follow up Emily is always determined to find the best fit for our clients to ensure they will want to use their C-PAP mask and machine nightly to enable the healthiest outcome for them. Emily also works with our home oxygen clients getting them set up in their homes and delivering portable home oxygen to their hospital room prior to being discharged. Stocking and utilizing the newest, lightest and most comfortable equipment for both CPAP and Home Oxygen clients is as important to Emily as it is to the owners of Living Well Home Medical Equipment.
Theresa, Home Medical Equipment Specialist
Theresa is the one person that knows which direction the service technicians and outside sales reps have gone for the day on their rounds of the community. She also knows which shipment is due in next and which one has just arrived! She answers the phones (that never seem to stop ringing!) and helps people in the showroom. Armed with an endless amount of patience and a welcoming smile she is well loved by our clients and all the staff equally. Theresa always has time for and enjoys working with the clients.
Amanda, Office Administration
Amanda enjoys her position in the Accounting Dept and Sales of Living Well Home Medical Equipment, and says it’s a pleasure to come to work each day surrounded by great fellow employees and owners. Amanda finds it very fulfilling to be able to help others on a daily basis. She always has a smile on her face regardless of how many phones are ringing or who needs help in the showroom – nothing phases her! Amanda’s position is in Accounting & Administration, however, she says that the favourite parts of her day is when she can assist a client.
Molly, Therapy Dog
Molly is the most recent addition to the Living Well Mobility family! Molly is half Australian Shephard and Poodle – commonly referred to as an AussieDoodle. She spends her evenings with her family (Ron, Allison and their two girls) but spends her days hanging out at the store. Although she is shy she always enjoys visitors to the store and will graciously let you pet her once she gets to know you! She has her own fan club of regulars so we are hoping she will be less shy as she gets used to more people!
