The OTC 2885 Trochanter Belt is a support for unstable or weak sacroiliac joints, pelvic fractures, or the lumbo-sacral joint. It can be used as a support during pregnancy, or for cases involving arthritis, joint hypermobility or unequal leg length. It has been designed to be worn around the hips between the iliac crest and trochanter. Adjustable side pulls over the sacrum allow for additional tension and stability.

Provides support for weak and unstable sacroiliac joints, the lumbo-sacral joint, and pelvic fractures. Designed to be worn around the hips midway between iliac crest and trochanter. 3in / 7.5cm wide elastic with foam side panels and hook and loop closure. Features adjustable side pulls over the sacrum for added tension and stability. Unobtrusive, easy and comfortable to wear.
