You Ask, We Answer

Explore the most frequent questions we receive about our repair services.

If you’re unable to bring your equipment into one of our stores, we offer two convenient service options to help.

1. Pick-Up and Return Service
Our team can visit your home to pick up the equipment, bring it back to our store for servicing, and return it to you once the repairs are complete.

2. In-Home Repair Service
In some cases, repairs can be completed directly in your home. Depending on the issue, we may first visit to diagnose the problem, order any necessary parts, and then return to complete the repair. Please note that stairlift services are always performed in the home.

Please be aware that additional fees may apply based on your location in relation to our store.

To provide an accurate service quote and order the correct replacement parts, we ask that you share as much information as possible. This includes a description of the issue or damage, the make and model of the equipment, and the serial number, which is often required when ordering parts.

In most cases, Living Well can diagnose and repair home medical equipment even if it wasn’t purchased at one of our stores. Please note that we do not service Acorn stairlifts or lifts attached to vehicles. We encourage you to call us to confirm whether we’re able to work on your specific device or equipment.

While we strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible, the time needed to repair your equipment can vary depending on the issue and the availability of replacement parts. If you rely on your equipment for daily use, Living Well may be able to provide a temporary loaner—such as a walker or wheelchair—while your equipment is being repaired.
