We’ll schedule delivery and installation at a time that works for you. Our team will set up the equipment properly, make sure it’s working as it should, and show you how to use it safely before we leave.

If you’re unable to pick up equipment from one of our stores, we can deliver it directly to your home. Additional fees may apply based on the item and location.
Service & Repairs
If your equipment needs repair or servicing, our technicians can pick it up from your home, service it in our shop, and return it to you once the repairs are complete.

Local delivery is available around our three storefront locations, Peterborough, Bowmanville, and Cobourg. Delivery Fees:
$50 – Pick Up & Delivery Within City Limits
$75 – Within 30 Minutes of Driving
Installation & set up fees are extra depeniding on the item.
No charge to local hospital, long term care, or retirement homes.
Living Well provides delivery & installation services across the Kawartha Lakes and Durham Region. Installations and deliveries 30 minutes outside of our storefronts are subject to additional fees. Living Well has three storefront locations:

Living Well delivers all of the medical equipment we sell and rent in our stores.
Small purchase items (CPAP Masks & Accessories) may be eligible for Canada wide Canada Post shipping for an additional cost.
Larger purchase or rental items (beds, wheelchairs, scooters) can be delivered in our service area at the rates outlined above.
